Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
EU customers are also entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Go to:

My Account → Orders → Request a Return

Select the item(s), choose a return reason, and submit your request.

For exchanges, please include:

SKU + Color + Size + Quantity
Example:
USPUSHT0920DG30 + Black + 32 + 1

Free Return Shipping

Approved returns qualify for free return shipping.
A return label and instructions will be sent by email after approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

No Return Fees

PULI does not charge:

  • Return handling fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Refund processing fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Final sale items

Lost Returns

Please keep your tracking receipt until the return process is complete. PULI is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
